As a small studio, every order matters and sometimes refunds can be difficult to absorb, so please double-check descriptions before purchasing. Thank you for supporting independent creators.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please reach out with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out immediately so the issue can be evaluated and made right.
Materials & Allergy Notice
Our jewelry is made using stainless steel, gold-filled components, and 14k or 18k gold-plated materials. Material details are listed in each product description.
Before any material is approved for use in the shop, components are independently tested for tarnish resistance through controlled exposure to a saline solution over a 72-hour period. This helps ensure baseline durability prior to production.
As with all plated and filled jewelry, gradual wear may still occur over time. Proper care will extend the life of your piece. Avoid exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. Remove jewelry before sleeping, swimming, exercising, or entering water. After wear, gently clean with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a dry environment.
Customers with known metal sensitivities may request non-allergenic plastic earring hooks for any earring design. Please note that substituting materials may alter the intended design aesthetic.
If an allergic reaction occurs within the 14 day return window, the item may be returned in its original packaging for a full refund. Please note this is the reason on the return request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Used items such as candles, wax melts, lip balms, or other personal-use goods (for hygienic reasons)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
